Effective Brain Management

Winding down or wining down? On Fridays and weekends the majority of the working and upper classes like to wind down, relapse into introspection, and savor their achievement over the week. Do they wind down or wine down?

Most are supposed to be winding down while others wine down. To wind down means to relax, unwind, or to cause a gradual lessening of usual activity with the intention of bringing to an end. It is to repose, relax, and take account of what you have done well and where you need improvement.

To wine down is a derivative of wind-down, but involving alcohol of some sort, usually wine. Where a wine is unavailable, beer or cider may substitute.

The majority replace the winding down with wining down. That is what we shall be looking at today.

The left side of the brain is responsible for controlling the right side of the body. It also performs tasks that have to do with logic, such as in science, accounting, finance, and mathematics. On the other hand, the right hemisphere coordinates the left side of the body and performs tasks that have to do with creativity, communication, and the arts. This is what we know in the biological sciences.

However, in the spiritual sense, the brain must be looked at from the back to the front. The back brain, which is also called the cerebellum, receives all spiritual impressions and passes it on to the frontal brain or what is called the cerebrum. The back-brain connects you to the spiritual realm for both receipt and transmission of spiritual messages while the frontal brain converts whatever is received into words and actions.

Both sides must balance all the time, that is, must be working effectively.

Back to the left and right side. What is required is that if your activities are mostly geared towards the left side, like accountancy, finance, scientific or mathematical jobs, you should do the reverse looking at activities that would wind down the left side to the right side. It means, such a person of the listed profession or similar ones must do more reading, communication, and engagement with people while they try to wind down.

The reverse is true. If your key activities involve communications, arts, music, or anything that uses the right side of the brain, you will need to rewind, relax or wind down with activities that involve more analysis, computations, logic, etc.

Drinking alcohol or engaging in activities that cripple the senses (smoking, strong drugs, etc.) wouldn’t help to actually wind down. It rather hardens the back brain and blots out your receptive capacity from the spiritual realm.

For this reason, many today lost the right balance in the true sense of a perfect brain. They cannot maintain their vibrancy, nor can they even remember events after a while. They turn to forget so quickly and in turn exacerbate their skill levels. Others also look older than their age or you see a sign of aging at their prime.

Human beings considered disturbing beings to have grown to destructive beings. For they have destroyed the vineyard that was carefully handed over to them for their upkeep from Above.

Turn back to where you have fallen and become useful in the eyes of the Lord. Learn to wind down, but not to wine down with its social vices.

Be alive in the wonderful creation of your God.
