INTRODUCTION
Our financial consultancy firm, Siegfried Silverman Ltd, has been able to broker an Introducer deal with a Dubai-based Investment Firm to provide capital for financial institutions involved in impact financing.
Impact investments are made with the intention to generate positive, measurable social and environmental impact alongside a financial return. For example, if your financial institution is involved in supporting financial services to women and children; health-related financial products, green financing, solar and renewable energy, and other related social-impact investments, we are ready to talk with you.
RELATIONSHIP
Siegfried Silverman shall review the basic financial data of the potential investee institution. If the institution matches a few criteria set by the Investment firm in Dubai, Siegfried Sikverman shall introduce the investee institution. The due diligence shall be handled from Dubai for the investee firm. When the facilities are approved, disbursement shall be done from Dubai. Siegfried Silverman only does the initial financial review and introduces your Bank/MFI/NBFI to the funding source.
PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
The financial institutions and related bodies should have the following:-
- Institutions should be having strong years of presence in the country.
- In terms of its financial position, the Bank/NBFI/MFI should be a profit-making institution.
- The equity size of the banks should be a minimum of USD 25 Million and above.
- The equity size of the Microfinance or NBFIs should be a minimum of USD 5 Million and above.
- Should not have relatively high NPL ratios beyond the country average.
